Tintern Village CL&CG Brigade Welcomes MP Catherine Fookes
On 22nd September, the Tintern Village Church Lads and Church Girls Brigade had a special visit from Catherine Fookes MP. Local photographer David Hurn was also present to capture the event. Reflecting on the visit, David commented, “I saw nothing but joy and heard nothing but laughter.”
During the meeting, some of the Seniors were given the opportunity to engage directly with their MP, Catherine Fookes, and County Councillor Anne Webb, asking questions and sharing their thoughts.
The visit provided a wonderful chance for the community’s young people to connect with their local representatives in an open and lively setting.
